COCKTAILS

For nearly 20 years, our passion has been mixing great drinks for amazing events, and we've seen the trends in what people choose to drink change over this time. The flavours of Cosmopolitans, Long Island Iced Teas, and frozen Strawberry Daiquiris have made way for Spicy Margs, Espresso Martinis, and Spritzs. Of course, Mojitos are just as popular as ever...

Every year, we take a look back at what people have been drinking, and create our signature serves based upon these. Where we've seen people drinking Palomas, we created the Pink Flamingo - a zingy twist using pink grapefruit sherbet.

Ingredients

As with a lot of what we do, sustainability is at the core of our drinks. We use local suppliers for our spirits, such as Bristol Distilling Co, and The Aperitivo Co. as well as Bristol Syrups and purees for our sweet and sour bases.

 

We opt to buy our ingredients in 20L containers and decant them rather than buying glass bottles every time. We even dehydrate leftover fruits to use as garnishes at future events!

OTHER DRINKS

It's not just cocktails that we put our efforts into, we're also big fans of offering quality draft beer at events, again utilising local suppliers such as Hop Union and Lost & Grounded. Prefer a beer that is local to you? Not a problem! We've got various fittings and equipment for us to manage your favourite beers at your event.

If you're buying in wine and fizz for your party or wedding, we can receive this at our warehouse, checking it's all arrived safely, recycle all packaging and get your bottles on ice before delivery - we'll even collect in and recycle all bottles at the end of the event too!
